The first ½ hour is a total waste of time, unless you've been living on a deserted island and don't know what things like blogs are or the basic benefits of them. He spent 5 minutes covering the point "one size does not fit all" (gee, that's a shocker).
The rest wasn't much better. He walked us through the basics of the SharePoint MySite. This is basically a constrained MySpace. With that constraint it forces a consistent view in pages across a site (a positive thing for most businesses) and gives them the ability to have comprehensive detailed permissions. He also showed their blog & wiki functionality and showed how the web version of Word functions as their editor.
Unless you need a very basic intro to MySite in SharePoint this will be a total waste of time.
