The speaker was very good, but I didn't care much for this presentation. There's a lot of little things that have been added to SharePoint 2010 surrounding workflows. SharePoint Designer can now export reusable workflows so that they can be imported into Visual Studio - a one-way transformation. Visual Studio 2010 is getting some new project templates for workflow including the new site-level workflow, which is run manually from a site, and requires no list. SharePoint 2010 workflows are going to run on WF 3.5, not 4.0. And finally, SharePoint 2010 workflows are going to enable us to pass external data into the workflow in order to externally control the process. All cool stuff, but not as exciting as a lot of the other features of SharePoint 2010.
